Family Recipes = Breaded Portabella Mushrooms – Grandma L.

From my family recipe book with Grandma’s Card we made……

Yummy! It was a hit. We dipped them in pasta sauce. Good!

Grandmother wrote out this recipe card for us when my husband was vegetarian. He is no longer vegetarian and he does not like mushrooms so we never had the chance to make it. On christmas eve we decided to make them for my sister in law who is a vegetarian and they were a hit!  So good! We dipped them in pasta sauce. We will be making this again. We did add garlic and parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs.
